We offer an installment loan and two lines of credit with promotional payment plans for patient financing.
Installment loans
Patients can use an installment loan to finance a single transaction with equal monthly payments at a fixed rate. Annual percentage rates (APRs) for installment loans range from 3.99%–30.99% at 24-, 36-, 48-, 60-, 72-, and 84-month terms. Individual rates and terms are based on your credit history. Fixed-rate loans are available for $1,000–50,000.
Revolving lines of credit
Credit accounts with Promotional No-Interest Plans (Waived Interest, Payment Required) are interest-free for a promotional period of 6, 12, 18, or 24 months. After the promotional period, a standard 26.99% APR applies to any remaining balance.
Credit accounts with Promotional Rate Plans (Low APR, Equal Payment Required) offer more flexible payment options. Longer repayment terms come with a promotional APR of 17.90%. After the promotional period ends, a standard 26.99% APR applies to any remaining balance.
